New Features
AnswersBeta
We have introduced “Answers” to the Experience Manager. Answers will let the bot save the context and reply to the users. You can configure the bot to suggest topics to the users based on the context.

Flow StudioBeta
Another new feature to the list is “Flow Studio”. Using “Flow Studio”, users can create surveys using a simple, easy to use interface where you can drag and drop controls.

Experience Manager
Security Settings
For admins to have more control over the security aspects such as password expiry and inactivity, Orbita has introduced “Security Settings” in Organization settings.
The security settings section is extended to the Webchat login (OAuth Screen) as well.

Daily CRON job for inactive users
A daily CRON job is set, which will lock the users that crossed the inactivity threshold.
Experience Designer
Answers Node
Created a new node named “Orbita Answers”. This node will connect Experience Designer with Graph Database.
Flow Manager Node
Created a new node named “Flow Manager”. This node will connect the Experience Designer with Flow Studio.
Bot Provider V2 node
Removed the dropdown menu next to the “Name” field in the Edit node window.
The micInput property along with waiTimeNoAnimation and validRegex Array are added to the node’s output payload. The default values of the same are given below. The admin can choose to

waitTimeNoAnimation = false
validRegexArray = {}
