GA Release - 4.0.98

GA Release - 4.0.98 - January 2022

The list below represents the features, updates, and fixes included in the Orbita Voice GA Release for January 2022.

Core Product Modules

Experience Manager

Answers v2

  • We have the option to migrate the Answers v1 knowledge base to Answers v2. Both the versions can be accessed from the same Create> Agents> Answers navigation menu. From the v4.0.98 release, no new v1 Answer KB can be created. Once all the v1 knowledge bases are migrated, the User will not be able to access v1 anymore.

  • Currently while exporting the Answers v2 KB we will not have the Labels data in the CSV.

  • The Agent node in Flow studio is not supporting Answers v2 currently.

Insights

  • Previously when we connect a Flow manager node after the Answers Manager node, the answers data was not available in Insights. Now it will be available in this Insights property - express.voiceAnalytics.voiceAgent.response.platformAgent.answer

Chatbot v2

  • The ‘go back' feature will support the following cases. This includes the goBack icon, and the user inputs “go back”, or “previous”.

    • (Between the flows) The User can go back to the previous flow from their current flow.

    • (After a flow ends) When the flow ends, the User can go back to the last question in the previous flow. This happens only if the user goes back from the question immediately next to the last flow studio question.

General

  • The text re-prompt under the Text tab in Multimodal content editors are now removed. This change is done in Experience designer Say node, Flow studio nodes, Orbita Answers, Taxonomy and Content data.

  • The autogenerated slots for Flow studio flow will have the nomenclature Flowlist_{{6 charac token}} This token helps us avoid creating multiple copies of the same intents and slots while importing data.

Experience Designer

Send Email Node

  • Previously in the Send Email node when editing a project-specific email template the redirection to the Edit email template screen in a new tab was not happening. This is now fixed.

Chatbot Settings

  • The default bot settings in Experience manager> Develop> Chatbot Settings will have the Default setting with the Orbita tag on it.

  • The message: property under the banner: object in the chatbot settings now supports HTML links.

  • Previously the Custom CSS code in the Chatbot settings was not working with the v3 bot. It is fixed now.

  • Previously when msg.payload.audio was set to false, the Speaker icon was appearing in the v3 bot. This is hidden now.

  • Previously the editor in the chatbot settings had formatting issues. It is now fixed and will show the default bot settings with the correct indentation format.

  • Previously when msg.payload.keyboardInput is set to false, the Send button and the Main menu icon were appearing in the Input section of the v3 bot. These are now hidden when it is set to false.

Chatbot V3

  • The Rating control in the flow studio has an updated slider UI for the v3 bot

  • The v3 chatbot now supports the Main menu feature just like the v2 chatbot.

  • The Send button is now supported in bot v3 as well.

Flow Studio

  • Hide Message Bubble- This option is available only for Text box input type in a Single Input control. Check this checkbox if you need to hide the Single input control in the chatbot. By default it is unchecked. This overrides all the other options in the Text box input type ie. Hidden, Single line, and Multiline.

This helps when using an adaptive card. This option lets the bot pause and get the input from the User, which otherwise does not happen. More info in https://orbita.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OCS/pages/1659830303/3.3.9+Flow+Studio+Controls#Single-Input

Answers v2

  • Previously after importing a KB through a CSV, when we edit a question and save it, we were getting an error message, warning us about duplicate content. It is fixed now.
