Engineering Notes - Orbita Voice - 4.0.41 & 42 - March 01, 2019

Orbita is pleased to announce many important new features, fixes, and other improvements to Orbita Voice. This post summarizes what is new and changed in the latest versions of these platforms.

Orbita Voice 4.0.41&42

New Features

AnswersBeta

We have introduced “Answers” to the Experience Manager. Answers will let the bot save the context and reply to the users. You can configure the bot to suggest topics to the users based on the context.

Flow StudioBeta

Another new Feature to the list is “Flow Studio”. Flow Studio is used to create surveys using a simple, easy to use interface where you can drag and drop controls.

Product Enhancements

Experience Designer

  • Bot Provider V2 node

    • Removed the dropdown menu next to the “Name” field in the Edit node window.

Bug Fixes

A few issues have been fixed in the current release, including but not limited to the ones described here. If you have any questions regarding an issue not listed below, please get in touch with us to inquire.

  • Alert dialog is not prompted when navigating out of the flow studio –When the user navigates from the edit section of new/existing flows in flow studio, the Alert dialog is now getting displayed.

  • Case sensitivity in the Expressions in the Evaluate Control – The case sensitivity is removed from the expressions in the Evaluate control in Flow Studio.
