Orbita is pleased to announce many important new features, fixes, and other improvements to Orbita Voice. This post summarizes what is new and changed in the latest versions of these platforms.

Enhancements

Experience Manager

• Security Settings

  • We have introduced a new section called “Security Settings” in the Organization settings. The admin will have control over security aspects such as Password expiry and account inactivity.

• Daily CRON job for inactive users

  • A daily CRON job is set, which will lock the user accounts that cross the inactivity threshold.

Experience Designer

• Orbita Answers

  • Created a new node named “Orbita Answers”. This node will connect Experience Designer with the Graph Database.

Bug Fixes

A few issues have been fixed in the current release, including but not limited to the ones described here. If you have any questions regarding an issue not listed below, please get in touch with us to inquire.

• Multiple references of source sub-flows displayed in Export Payload – Only single reference of the Source Sub Flow is available, and 3 references of the sub-flows are now available in the Export Payload.

• Data entered is erased when unchecking and checking the Slot confirmation checkbox – Unchecking and checking the slot confirmation checkbox will retain the data typed in.
