This topic shows the features, updates, and fixes included in the Orbita Voice GA Release for June 2019.

 

BREAKING CHANGES

If your chatbot does not work after the upgrade, please do one of the following:

  • Go to Orbita’s Deployment page, select the Google tab, and click Publish.

  • Go to Dialogflow Intents, select the intent named Default Welcome Intent > Fulfillment, disable and enable webhook call for this intent, then click Save.

If you have connected your Orbita Project to a new dialog flow agent, then you must re-deploy the flows in the Experience designer to have the changes reflected.

Answers

  • Added a new feature to include interrogative terms to Answers such that any interrogative terms can be mapped to the relationships by the user.

Experience Manager

  • Included the date and time picker in Flow studio (for Single Input control) which can be used in the chatbot.

  • List names for List Type; phrases will only take the alphabet and underscores.

  • Added delete option for synonyms to let users delete the synonyms from the synonym popup.

  • Orbita now supports Annotations in the utterances which are compatible with Google and Alexa.

  • The user with the Persona Type – Clinician cannot now access and update the profile of an Administrator.

  • Administrators can now assign or update the API keys for the users so that they can use the API key to access API resources based on the persona type permission enabled.

  • For Survey, the checkbox questions now display multiple checkboxes with options to the users in webchat.

  • For Flow studio, the Options (Choose many) node can now choose between checkboxes directive (as in Survey) and Yes/No options (default).

  • For Flow studio and Survey, special characters are now allowed in the text field in buttons/options.

Experience Designer

  • Added the flowDataId (the ID of the saved data row in flow studio) to the payload and it can be found at msg.payload.session.attributes.orbitaSession.flowInfo.flowDataId for the completed flow.

General Improvements

  • Search and Sort for the Flow studio data listing will now find the intended results.

  • Minor fixes to the conditions of the Evaluate node in the flow studio.

  • The entities will now get updated in Dialogflow after Publishing the project in Orbita.
