The list below represents the features, updates, and fixes included in the Orbita Voice GA Release for September 2022.
Â
Release v4.0.114
Build number: 4.0.114-1664303587
Core Product Modules
Orbita Outreach
The Orbita Outreach is a new core product module that helps organizations deploy intelligent virtual assistants that proactively communicate appointment requests, reminders, confirmations, assessments, tasks, and more. Â
More details on the Outreach capability, Outreach Blueprints and Outreach Manager is reported
here Orbita Outreach. You can find the Outreach Menu on the Left Navigation under Create> Outreach
Flow Studio
The capability to search the Flow Studio with Partial words is introduced. Please provide 4 or more characters to do the partial search.
We can export the Flow_preview Intent as part of the Project Export action from the Project listing screen. Once the Flow Studio data is imported into the project, the OrbitaFlowMessage Intent will be auto-created.
While answering a Flow Studio Choose One question in the Chatbot, the OrbitaFlowMessages Intent was triggered properly but the OrbitaMessages Slot was not triggered. This is handled as part of the v4.0.112 Patch update.
Answers V2
Earlier we had an issue in uploading Answers V2 data when the Labels were having capital characters. The problem with the case-sensitive issue is resolved now. We will be able to upload Answers V2 Label regardless of their case.
Core Platform Capabilities
Orbita Virtual Assistant Design System
As part of the Accordion design, when the content is too large to comfortably display on a single Accordion we will now have an Ellipsis design and a Learn More button, which will redirect to a content page in a new tab.
Ellipsis design with Learn More buttonÂ
We have added a property to control the Accordion Design. By adding the
method: "flush"
in the Accordion code, we can choose between a Flush design
flush
or a Collapse/ Expand Design"Always-open"
. To experience the behaviour visit Accordion.
For details on the Accordion implementation, refer to Card Directive and its components | Accordion. In the Card directive, if there are lots of Tabs configured, arrows will be displayed to help the user navigate among the Tabs in both the desktop and mobile views.
For internal users, please refer to https://orbita.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ODS/pages/2136932392 to learn more about existing components and how to implement them with Orbita.

Experience Manager
As an extension to the Auto Google deployment of Flow studio changes introduced in v4.0.112, the auto-deployment of Flow studio will happen during Project import action now.
The auto-deployment will happen only if the Google Agent is connected to the project before the Import action is done. And this is specific to when we import the Flow Studio module alone in the Project Import action.

Build number: 4.0.114.1-1664545966
