Getting Started on the Orbita Documentation Portal

The Orbita Documentation Portal offers a vast amount of product support documentation, including videos, how-to articles, release notes, and more.

It has been designed and organized to make navigating and searching for information easy. The goal of the portal is to provide customers and partners with the information needed to learn more about the Orbita platform, find answers to questions, and help resolve issues quickly.

A wide variety of content is available on the Orbita Documentation Portal published by various departments at Orbita, including: Support, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing. 

It is important to note that you need an account to access the Orbita Documentation Portal.  With an account users will have full accesses and can do the following:

  • Search for knowledge base articles

  • Navigate all knowledge base articles

  • View all articles (release notes, help documentation, videos, etc)

Requesting Access to the Orbita Documentation Portal

To request a Orbita Documentation Portal account, simply:

  1. Compose an email

  2. In the body of the email, indicate you want access to the Orbita Documentation Portal and provide your:

    1. Full name

    2. Company name

    3. Business email address

  3. Send the email to support@orbita.ai

 

You will receive an automated email confirming receipt of the request. Orbita Support will respond with information regarding account credentials.
