How to set the intent fallback threshold?

You can use Alexa, Google, or Orbita NLP for intent matching.

When you use Google for intent classification, you can choose the minimum intent detection confidence required to match an utterance to the intent.

Instructions

1. Log in to Dialogflow.

2. Select an Agent.

3. Click on the “ML Settings” tab.

4. Change the “ML Classification Threshold” to any decimal value between 0 and 1.
