How to migrate a project from one environment to another

To completely migrate a project from one environment to another, please see the steps below:

  1. Make sure target environment is backed up prior to importing, in both target Project and Experience Designer.

  2. Export the Project.

  3. Import it into the new environment.

  4. Export the Experience Designer flows from the same project.

  5. Import the Experience Designer flows into the destination project in the new environment.

  6. Deploy to Dialogflow.
