How to Change Avatar in Chatbot

Step 1 - To change your avatar in your chatbot, upload your image to Orbita; refer https://orbita.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OCS/pages/134381573

You do not need to connect the Say node, but simply use it to upload the image.

Step 2 - Copy the URL of the image you uploaded.

Step 3 - Go to Experience Designer > Bot Manager tab > Bot View Template node > Settings.

 

Step 4 - Change the “botAvatarUrl” by substituting it with the URL of the image you copied in Step 2.

To check the results, open your chatbot.
