How do I manually upload Welcome and Fallback intents to Google Dialog flow Agent?

Prerequisites

  • Default_Welcome_Intent.json file and Default_Fallback_Intent.json file.

Steps to follow

  1. Open Dialog flow and Login. (You can use your own credentials or Orbita’s managed account.)

  2. Select your Agent.

  3. Click on Intents from the side menu and click on the vertical ellipses icon.

  4. Select Upload Intent from the drop-down.

     

  5. Click the Choose File.

     

  6. Go to and select the files Default_Fallback_Intent.json and Default_Welcome_Intent.json.
    If the intent already exists in the Agent, you can choose to overwrite the old intent.

    Note: The files will get uploaded and saved automatically.

  7. Make sure you Enable webhook call for both the intents.
