What is Orbita Outreach?

Orbita Outreach is a core product module that helps organizations deploy intelligent virtual assistants that proactively communicate appointment requests, reminders, confirmations, assessments, tasks, and more.  

Utilizing A.I.-led cascading communication campaigns, this functionality leverages multiple channels including SMS, email, and phone/IVR to reach patients successfully.

What does Orbita Outreach consist of?

Outreach Blueprints

Outreach Blueprints provide organizations and internal resources with the ability to create and manage the blueprints offered when creating an Outreach Campaign.

The blueprints will control the elements/fields that are displayed within the UI of Outreach Manager under the content of each channel type.

These blueprints will allow for flexibility in configuration while also introducing reusability to the platform.

Outreach Manager

Outreach Manager provides organizations and internal resources with the ability to create custom or select from pre-built outreach blueprints where virtual assistants proactively engage with end-users via messages, reminders, confirmations, assessments, tasks, and more.

Within Outreach Manager, users can add and edit the content per channel, population segment, language, etc.
