Knowledge Base: Update Answer of Existing FactÂ
Make Content Updates
We will begin with implementing the new content changes from the Dev Environment.
Within your Orbita project, navigate to Create > Answers and select the Knowledge Base you would like to edit, and then the Fact
In the Answer section, update the Text section first in just one location:
 Chat TextÂ
Copy the Text answer and paste it within the Voice tab in two sections:
Say TextÂ
RepromptÂ
Click the checkmark at the bottom right to save the Fact
Open the Dev Chatbot to review the updated answer appearance in chatbotÂ
Migrate to StageÂ
Now we will copy the content over from the Dev environment to the Stage environment.
Open the Dev environment as well as the Stage environment
Navigate to the Fact that you have made changes to
Copy over the Dev answer from the Answer → Text tab and update in one location first within the Stage environment:

Copy the Dev Text answer and paste it within the Voice tab in two sections in Stage:
Say TextÂ
RepromptÂ
Click the checkmark at the bottom right to save the Fact
Open the Dev Chatbot to review the updated answer appearance in chatbotÂ

Tip: To split conversations into a separate bubble, insert a page break in the Chat Text window. Add a space after a paragraph to get a space to appear within a chat bubble in the Chat Text window.
