Content changes does not update

Problem
Many a time, you would change the content but could not see the updated content in the chatbot.
Solution
The above problem occurs due to the following reasons:
Content updated in a different environment or project.
Please recheck if you have changed the content and verifying it in the same environment or project.
Content not reindexed after updating it.
If the content data is changed, it should be reindexed to update the elastic search. Please refer to this document to know How do I index or re-index the documents?
