Unique Visitor Visits
Number of unique users who have opened the virtual assistant
Unique users are determined by a unique Orbita ID that is assigned to an IP Address. The same Orbita ID is used for the corresponding IP Address each time the user opens the chatbot. The Orbita ID is then passed to the Orbita platform for use in analytics. (The team is working to pass the IP Address to help support filtering them from the analytics.)
Each unique user is only counted once
If a person opens or engages with the virtual assistance more than once, it is not recorded in this metric
