Expiration

If a user, of any persona type, logs in after the “Number of days” mentioned under Expiration, the system will prompt a change password screen to the user.

Changing the password on this screen is optional. But we highly recommend changing the password, when prompted.

Inactivity

If the user, of any persona type, is inactive for the “Number of days” mentioned under Inactivity, then the system will lock the user’s account.

If the user tries to log in after the "Number of days" then the system will prompt the error "Your account has been locked due to inactivity in the past # days" in the login screen.

To unlock the user account, the user should click on Forget Password in the login page. This will open a window asking for the user's email ID to send a reset password link, the user can reset their password using this link.
