What is Engage?

Engage application allows you to create a sitemap that uses the K-Graph to get the FAQ data and flow studio to configure the bot flow.

Why Engage?

Engage helps you to drive user traffic to your website using search engine optimization.
When a user searches about a topic, Google will fetch your website at the top of the search result. This would increase the probability of users entering your website to access your content, bot, and FAQs.

About Engage

1. Use the suffix engage to Orbita environment to access Engage. For example, https://yourdomain.orbita.cloud:8443/engage/

2. You will be redirected to the login page of Engage.

   

3. Use https://orbita.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OCS/pages/13762610/User+management+in+Orbita+Personas+and+Users#User-Permissions to configure who can have access to Engage.

4. The Engage has a welcome screen and a sidebar.

   

5. The sidebar contains 4 options.

   1. Orbita Answers - Clicking on this option takes you to Answers Page. You can configure your Knowledge Bases here.
      Refer to this document Orbita Answers - Implementation Guide for detailed information on Answers.

   2. Engage Hub - You can configure Url, K-Graph, flow studio, Root Url to be used by the hub.

   3. Engage Bots - Click on this option to access the flow studio. You can configure your bot flow here.

   4. Engage Insights -

   5. Experience Manager - You can switch to Orbita’s Experience Manager.
