How do I include hyperlinks to other sites?

Conversational dialogs in the webchat interface can include hyperlinks to websites that are hosted by the web chatbot; third-party websites are blocked by default.

To allow third-party hyperlinks in the conversational dialog, you need to add the hyperlink domains to a whitelist (approved domains).

Instructions

  1. Log into the Experience Manager as an Admin.

  2. Go to Settings > Application Settings.

  3. Click in the Allowed Domains text field.

  4. Enter the domain name to the whitelist. eg: www.yourdomainname.com

  5. Click Save.
