Engineering Notes - Orbita Voice - 4.0.34 & 35 - December 27, 2018

Orbita is pleased to announce many important new features, fixes, and other improvements to Orbita Voice. This post summarizes what is new and changed in the latest versions of these platforms.

Bug Fixes

A few issues have been fixed in the current release, including but not limited to the ones described here. If you have any questions regarding an issue not listed below, please get in touch with us to inquire.

  • Languages supported by Dialogflow – The languages supported by Google’s Dialogflow are updated to Orbita.

  • Restored flow tab’s name not generated after Import/Export – When importing/restore with selected nodes, a new tab will be created and allows the user to place the flow.

  • Flow tab’s name disappears with refresh/Login/Logout – Now the flow editor will focus the active tab while refreshing/Login/Logout.

  • Survey Data List doesn’t retain the values of Radio group options selected by the user – The values of Radio group options selected by the user are now retained in Survey Data List.

  • Link Account Card errors on web chat – Link Account Card node now can be connected to flow and be executed via any channel (Google, Alexa, webchat) without errors.

  • Unable to open the import/export dialog in the Prompt confirmation screen in Mac safari - This issue is fixed now.
