Conversational dialogs in the webchat interface can include hyperlinks to websites that are hosted by the web chatbot; third-party websites are blocked by default.
To allow third-party hyperlinks in the conversational dialog, you need to add the hyperlink domains to a whitelist (approved domains).
Instructions
Log into the Experience Manager as an Admin.
Go to Settings > Application Settings.
Click in the Allowed Domains text field.
Enter the domain name to the whitelist. eg: www.yourdomainname.com
Click Save.
