This document will help you to understand how to migrate from the Answers v1 knowledge base to the Answers v2 knowledge base.
For this the migration option to be enabled, the following conditions should be satisfied.
The environment must have Answers v2 enabled.
The environment should have Answers v1 contents before enabling Answers v2. So that migration option would be available for the existing Answers v1 contentscontent for the migration option to appear.
