In v1, if Label is not present, the first question in the questions list will be considered as Primary Question in v2.

In v1, if Label is not present & Questions list is also empty, then the primary question will be empty in v2.

  1. New By default, all new Answers KB can will be created in as v2 only by default once v2 is enabled in the environment.

  2. If there are no existing Answers v1 contents, users will not be able to see/ access Answers v1.

  3. Once all the existing v1 contents are migrated to v2, users will not be able to access v1.
