Unique Visitor Visits Users
Number of unique users who have opened the virtual assistant
Unique users are determined by a unique Orbita ID that is assigned to an IP Address. The same Orbita ID is used for the corresponding IP Address each time the user opens the chatbot. The Orbita ID is then passed to the Orbita platform for use in analytics. (The team is working to pass the IP Address to help support filtering them from the analytics.) the session ID created when the user launches a chatbot or voice skill. The session ID stays the same while the user interacts with the agent until they close it or it times out.
Each unique user is only counted once
If a person opens or engages with the virtual assistance more than once, it is not recorded in this metric

Engaged Users
Number of users with more than one interaction with the virtual assistant
An interaction is an exchange or dialog between the user and Alexathe virtual assistant. This may be a single request-response or a more extended set of turns.

Unanswered Questions
Total number of times the virtual assistant provided a response indicating it could not find an answer to the user’s question
The No Answer Found response is provided when the Orbita project cannot match the user’s phrase to a FAQ fact or flow
