Clicking on the Create a new Answer Hub button will take you to the FAQ Hub listing page.
The On the Engage home page, the Create a new Answer Hub button will be visible only if there is no FAQ hub configured in your Engage environment.
Once you configured the FAQ hub, the Create a new Answer Hub button will disappear from the homepage.
