Navigate to Experience Designer of the Engage Project. You will see the default flows (Start Here, Base, Launch) and flows related to Engage.

Default flows

The Start Here, Base, and Launch flows are created by default on any new projectsproject. They contain basic flows intents and the respective responses one might find helpful while configuring the chatbot.

Bot Manager flow

The conversational bot used in the web page is configured in this flow.
You can change the UI of your chatbot within the webpage using the Bot View Template node. For more information, refer to Bot view template node.
