Orbita is pleased to announce many important new features, fixes, and other improvements to Orbita Voice. This post summarizes what is new and changed in the latest versions of these platforms.

Product Enhancements

Experience Manager

• As an admin user, while deleting a persona, you will be prompted with a warning message if there are users associated with the persona. Upon confirmation, the persona will be deleted and the user associated with the deleted persona will be assigned to the existing default USERS persona.

Web Chatbot

• Added a scroll bar to display more than 7 choices in Options (Choose Many) control of flow studio.

• Disabling the mic will hide the mic button in the chatbot.

• The directives that require user input are aligned to the right in the Chatbot.

Engage

• New Engage projects come with a pre-created knowledge graph, a Topic, a Relationship, and a Simple Fact.

Experience Designer

• Using Anystate will override any state associated with an intent including intents with no state.

• The Bot View Template node is upgraded to not pass the ClientSecret property if the provider is not Orbita.

• As a Voice Experience Designer, you can now use custom email settings like SMTP to trigger an email via Send email node and track its status.

New Node

• Can Fullfill Intent - This node will enable the user to invoke intents in a skill without its invocation name.

Flow Studio

• You can now connect Say controls using the link flow control.

• A new column with Flow Id is added to the Flow Studio listing page.

• In Yes/No option, you will now be able to change the text.

• Added a new control that will enable the VUX designer to use any agent in the flow studio flows.

  Select Agent: You can select the agents you need from the dropdown. For now, only knowledge answers is available in the agent dropdown.
  Select Answers: You can select the kgraph from the current project list.
  Select Topics: Allow users to search and select a topic from the selected kgraph and they also provide mustache in the topic selection field.
  Select Relationship: Allow users to search and select Relationship from the selected kgraph and they also provide mustache in the relationship selection field.
  Select Article: Allows the user to select a specific multiscreen field from the kgraph schema for schemas other than the default.

Bug Fixes

A few issues were fixed in the current release, including but not limited to the ones described here. If you have any questions regarding an issue not listed below, please contact us.

• Deleting a project will now delete all the references associated with that project.

• Fixed the bug related to the repetition of Single input question in Flow studio.

• Fixed the misalignment issue while using different directives in the mobile view.

• Selecting the intent/slots module while exporting will only import the user-created slots.

• waitTimeAnimation in App settings will now work as expected.

• Text alignment in the Relation synonyms area is now corrected.

• While importing Answers multiple times, the Slot values won't get duplicated anymore.

• Optimized the creation and load times of Knowledgegraph and the related.

• Orbita NLP will not filter the “ANY” text from the utterances.

• Fixed the bug that does not show the Service account details in the Google Deployment screen.

• Fixed the errors that fail submission to Alexa due to capitalized relationships/topics in Orbita Answers
