Cross Domain Testing Page

A generalized page for cross domain chatbot testing is available at:

https://tools.orbita-cs.com/#/crossDomain

It expects the following query string parameters:

• projectId: The id of the Orbita project.

• host: The full host, including the port (i.e “customer.orbita.cloud:8443”)

• chatbotSettings (optional): The key of the chatbot settings to use. It will default to “default” if none is specified.

• bypassCdn (boolean, optional): Whether or not to bypass the CDN and use chat-core.js directly from the target Orbita environment (set this to true when the environment is on a non-standard build involving new chatbot UI changes).

Before it can be used with a particular environment, the domain “tools.orbita-cs.com” must be whitelisted in the Orbita instance’s application settings:
