Export
To export a flow studio conversation flow,
Login to Experience Manager > Select your project.
From the Project side navigation menu, select Flow Studio.
Select the vertical ellipses button against the flow you want to export.
Select Import/Export from the dropdown.
Select the Export tab and click the copy to clipboard button to copy the JSON code.
Import
You should have a flow studio to receive the conversation flow data from another flow studio.
Login to Experience Manager > Select your project.
From the Project side navigation menu, select Flow Studio.
You can import to a new flow or select an existing flow.
Go to the destination flow studio flow and click on the vertical ellipses button > Import/export.
Select the Import tab and paste a JSON code in the space provided to import the flow and click Import.
Key Messages
Flows can be imported or exported within the same project, from one project to another project, and between environments as well by copying and pasting to and from the clipboard.
Importing conversation flow to an existing flow studio will replace everything with the imported data.
