3.3.3 Importing and Exporting a Flow Studio - Coming Soon

Export

To export a flow studio conversation flow,

1. Login to Experience Manager > Select your project.

2. From the Project side navigation menu, select Flow Studio.

3. Select the vertical ellipses button against the flow you want to export.
   
   

   Open

   

4. Select Import/Export from the dropdown.
   
   

   Open

   

5. Select the Export tab and click the copy to clipboard button to copy the JSON code.

Import

You should have a flow studio to receive the conversation flow data from another flow studio.

1. Login to Experience Manager > Select your project.

2. From the Project side navigation menu, select Flow Studio.

3. You can import to a new flow or select an existing flow.

4. Go to the destination flow studio flow and click on the vertical ellipses button > Import/export.
   
   

5. Select the Import tab and paste a JSON code in the space provided to import the flow and click Import.

Key Messages

• Flows can be imported or exported within the same project, from one project to another project, and between environments as well by copying and pasting to and from the clipboard.

• Importing conversation flow to an existing flow studio will replace everything with the imported data.
