Why was it created?

To create a more efficient experience enrolling in support/follow-up program in a personalized and adaptive conversational manner.

How does it work?

It all starts when the user types in the email address showing his/her willingness to register for the program.

The user will then receive an email on that email address from support@orbitahealth.com with a registration link.

The user now clicks on the registration link sent to the provided email address to begin the registration process.

How do you install it?

The module comes with all prebuilt and customizable conversation flows, dashboards, and interaction models.
