The chatbot is not working after connecting with Dialogflow.

The chatbot doesn't respond after Publish/deployment.

The step by step guide to troubleshoot this issue is given below.

  1. If you are logged in the chatbot, log out and log in againsuccessfully connected to Dialogflow but unable to launch the chatbot, deploying a flow in the Experience Designer will help. (Move a node and click the deploy button in the Experience Designer to do a dummy deployment.)

  2. Log out and Log in again into the Chatbot. The token might have expired due to inactivity and re-logging in will refresh the token.

  3. If you see [Objec, Object] error under the Bot Provider V2 node, publish the interaction model to Google Dialogflow to resolve this error.

  4. If you see Webhook Call failed under the Bot Provider V2 node, there can be two three causes for this error.

    1. In Experience Designer, the flow is incomplete. Please ensure that each flow output reaches the respective response nodes.

    2. In Experience Designer, the flow takes more than 4 seconds to execute. Please check the flow for any images or files or loops that are taking time to load.

    3. In Dialogflow, the webhook is not enabled for that intent. Enable the webhook call for this intent as shown in the screenshot below
