Answers V2

  • The search feature in KB screen has been enhanced to accommodate searching with information from Label and Connected Flows. Previously connected flows and labels were not searchable.

  • If you did a project import of your Answers or csv file, this feature won’t work: the associated Flows won't be accessible while importing the Knowledge base.

Chatbot V3

  • While giving numbered lists in the Flow Studio Say node, they were converted to bullets while rendering on the Chatbot. This is fixed now.

  • In Chatbot V3, the issue with maintaining the order of Flow Studio controls rendering on the Bot is fixed now. This is released as part of the Patch update of v4.0.110 as well.

Flow Studio

  • Now, following each Flow Studio change, the Google Agent will be deployed automatically.
    The modifications made as part of Flow Studio that have an impact on Intents & Slots will now be automatically deployed.

    The Google Agent must first be published in the project in order to accomplish this.

  • We have added the feature to Edit Flow Studio content directly from the ChatBot conversation. Upon capability for Flow Studio Preview Bot as well, similar to our main Chatbot. By this upon clicking on the Pencil icon on the Bot bubble, we you can edit Flow Studio content directly from the Flow Studio Preview bot conversation. You will be redirected to the Flow Studio Control of that content. The user must be logged in to the Experience Manager as an Admin User to enable this feature of editing from the Bot directly.

  • The capability to edit Answers V2 content directly from a V3 Chatbot session has been added.
    By clicking the Pencil icon on the Bot bubble, we will be taken to the Answers V2 Fact page, just like with the aforementioned feature.
    To make this functionality of editing directly from the Bot available, the user must be logged in as an admin user to the Experience Manager.

  • The V3 Chatbot conversation's Adaptive Card content can also be edited. The same as with the aforementioned feature, we can access the Adaptive Card edit page by clicking the Pencil icon on the Bot bubble.
    To render the Adaptive Card, we had the option of using the Experience Designer technique or the Flow Studio Adaptive Card control. In either case, the user will be brought to that Adaptive Card's Edit screen.

    The user must be signed in as an admin user to the Experience Manager in order for this functionality of editing directly from the Bot to be available.

  • The Open/Copy URL button available in the HTTP In node is made available for all the methods besides the GET method, making it easy for the user.

  • As part of the Patch update to v4.0.110, the ability to obtain the revision ID of the deployed flow using the ORBI.utils.getRevisionId(); function has been restored in the Platform.

  • While using the CLI package Orbita CLI to export the project, the TLS configuration (if enabled) in the HTTP Request node of the Experience Designer, was not properly exported. This is now fixed. This is done as part of the Patch update to v4.0.110 also.

Experience Manager

  • While making changes to the Flow Studio content, any change to the Autogenerated Slot will only happen after deploying to the Agent. This message is displayed in the OrbitaMessages Slot under the Lists menu. This is released as part of the v4.0.110 Patch update as well.

  • There is now a Filtering option available on the Intent Listing page. The user will be able to filter the Intents by Answers, Flow Studio, Solution, System defined, and User defined Intents with this assistance. Additionally, we can set the number of items displayed at once on the page.

  • After enabling the Checkbox 'Enable Transcript' in the Bot Provider V2 node, the transcript data was not getting captured after the Bot interaction. It's now taken care of.

  • While using the Flow Studio with the Utterances to invoke that Flow Studio, the auto-generated intent for this was not created. This is handled now.

  • Previously, in Kibana the tracking of the properties express.voiceAnaltyics.voiceAgent.context.agentSessionID and express.voiceAnaltyics.voiceAgent.context.agentRequestID stopped recently. Now that's taken care of.

  • Export/ Import of the Content Schema and Content Data at the project level was not successful previously. Now we have handled the issue in the Patch deployment.

  • In the Skyhawk portal, we earlier had the issue of not being able to create an Exercise to a Care Journey. This is handled now.

  • The Bypass NLP supports OrbitaFlowMessages Intent now after we made the Flow Studio Slots to be a single Slot as Orbitamessages Slot.

  • The issue with saving an Answers V1 Knowledge Base is fixed as part of this Patch build.

  • In the Experience Manager, the Intent listing page and the Slot listing page had problems while opening the pages. The patch fixes have been made now.

  • While answering a Flow Studio Choose One question in the Chatbot, the OrbitaFlowMessages Intent was triggered properly but the OrbitaMessages Slot was not triggered. This is handled now.
