You can customize emails for the organization. Go to the global menu and select Settings > Email Templates. The Email Templates page appears.
Click on a template to edit it, such as Forgot password. The template appears.
You can insert tokens into the template to customize the experience (as shown in the previous image). Select a token from the pull-down menu, and then click Insert Token.
