The design of the lock question option is updated.
Flow Studio
Hide Message Bubble- This option is available only for Text box input type in a Single Input control. Check this checkbox if you need to hide the Single input control in the chatbot. By default it is unchecked. This overrides all the other options in the Text box input type ie. Hidden, Single line, and Multiline. This helps when using an adaptive card. This option lets the bot pause and get the input from the User, which otherwise does not happen. More info in 3.3.9 Flow Studio Controls
The formatting of the date and phone number input type while getting inputs from the User in a chatbot is made better now. For example, the user typing in 9876543210 will be formatted as +1 (987) 654-3210.

Chatbot Settings
Previously when copying the Default chatbot settings, the Header content was not copied. This is handled now.
