What is its purpose?

How to Install a Solution:

  1. Login to Experience Manager

  2. Navigate to your project > Project side navigation menu > Create > Solution Center > Solutions

  3. Click the Add button against the Appointment Scheduling solution.

Required Configuration After Installation:

  1. Ensure you have completed the prerequisite step of setting up an Office 365 account before moving to the next step

  2. In order to connect your Office 365 account with the appointment scheduling solution, please get in touch with your Customer Success representative or email us at support@orbita.ai.

    1. Office 365 Credentials are configured within the ‘Appointment Scheduling Container’ function node for privacy and security reasons.

Buttons for appointment types: 

  1. Navigate to the Project side navigation menu > Create > Agents > Flow studio.

  2. Select the Flow Studio “Schedule Appt Book Flow” and navigate to “appointmenttype” choose many control and open it. Double click on the node to open.

  3. Navigate to “Choices” tab and change the values under the “Text” field to change the button text
