In Orbita, Custom schemas within Insights allow you to capture customized data. You can create your custom schema and track the contents via Insights (refer How do I log and report content data in Orbita Insights?). To analyze data tracked by your custom schema using any third-party applications, you can export it within Insightsthe custom schema data by following the steps below.

  1. Login to Experience Manager and select a project.

  2. Navigate to Project Side Navigation menuCreateContenton the left within your Experience Manager.

  3. Click on the Custom Schema you have created and click on the download button (shown in the screenshot below).

  4. Select the data date range to pull and click Export.

  5. Open the CSV file and depending on the data pulled, you can manipulate how it is displayed.

  6. For example, to display a list of answers to questions and the count, you can create a Pivot table by clicking DataSummarize with PivotTable. Select the fields questionAnswer and is QuestionAnswered and move them to their respective rows to display the data.
