For example, if you want to change any conversation conversational message,

  1. Navigate to the Project side navigation menu > Create > Agents > Flow studio.

  2. Select a Flow Studio and navigate to any control that contains text and edit it.

Note

  • It is recommended not to add any new controls or delete any controls that are installed with the solution.

  • Do not modify the tokens while editing the Say text in the controls.

  • Modifying the name of the controls might may break the flow as everything within the solution is interconnecteddue to the interconnectedness of the solution. If you have any questions, please reach out to your CS representative or contact support@orbta.ai.

Upgrading the solution will override the post installation changes, such as modifying the welcome text, except the configuration settings.
