  1. Login to Experience Manager

  2. Navigate to your project > Project side navigation menu > Create > Agents > Package

  3. Click the Install button against the Find Providers & Locations solution.

  4. Click the “Configure” button to modify the initial settings.

  5. To import the data (such as Location data, Provider data, Primary care services designation, Urgent/emergency care services designation) to the environment, please get in touch with your Customer Success representative.

The Find Providers & Locations solution data is captured in the data-<environment>-backend.userinfo index patternfplinsightsprovidersearch and data-<environment>-backend.fplinsightslocationsearch index patterns respectively.

Solution Customization

How can I update content?

  1. Navigate to the Project side navigation menu > Create > Agents > Flow studio.

  2. Location data imported into project (necessary for solution implementation)

  3. Provider data imported into project

  4. Directory hyperlinks for fallback messages

  5. Primary Care services designation

  6. Urgent/emergency care services designation

  7. Select a Flow Studio and navigate to any control that contains text and edit it.

Rajkiran Alla (Deactivated) I added notes directly into this page on the areas that can be edited within the solution experience

Areas that can be updated:

  1. Conversational Updates

    1. “Welcome” Say node

    2. <fill in others>

Areas that must be completed by CS/PS:

  1. Medical service labels - which are applicable and it applies to Location, Provider, or both

Note
  • It is recommended not to add any new controls or delete any controls that are installed with the solution.

  • Do not modify the tokens while editing the Say text in the controls.

  • Modifying the name of the controls might break the flow as everything within the solution is interconnected.

Warning

Upgrading the solution will override the post installation changes, such as modifying the welcome text, except the configuration settings.
