Login to Experience Manager
Navigate to your project > Project side navigation menu > Create > Agents > Package
Click the Install button against the Find Providers & Locations solution.
Click the “Configure” button to modify the initial settings.
To import the data (such as Location data, Provider data, Primary care services designation, Urgent/emergency care services designation) to the environment, please get in touch with your Customer Success representative.

Navigate to the Project side navigation menu > Create > Agents > Flow studio.
Location data imported into project (necessary for solution implementation)
Provider data imported into project
Directory hyperlinks for fallback messages
Primary Care services designation
Urgent/emergency care services designation
Select a Flow Studio and navigate to any control that contains text and edit it.
