An autogenerated 6 character ID is used to uniquely identify a primary question.

However, you can create your own 6 character GUID, if you manually create the .csv file.

  • If the given GUID doesn't exist in the project, it Orbita Answers will create a new primary question and the corresponding content, and will assign the specified GUID to it.

  • If the GUID exists, the current associated primary question and its contents will be updated with the new content from the .csv file.

If you manually create the .csv file, you also can leave the GUID column empty. Upon bulk add, Orbita Answers will create a new primary question and the corresponding content. A GUID will be automatically assigned to it.

It is recommended to have unique GUIDs for creating new primary questions and the corresponding content.
