GUID
An autogenerated 6 character ID is used to uniquely identify a primary question.
However, you can create your own 6 character GUID, if you manually create the .csv file.
If the given GUID doesn't exist in the project, it will create a new primary question and the corresponding content.
If the GUID exists, the current primary question and its contents will be updated with the new content from the .csv file.
It is recommended to have unique GUIDs for creating new primary questions and the corresponding content.
