Program Registration
Why was it created?
To create a conversational experience while getting the users enrolled in the organization’s programs.
Program registration is an Out-of-the-Box installation package that comes with all the necessary tools to create a more efficient experience enrolling in a support/follow-up program in a personalized and adaptive conversational manner.
What is its purpose?
The purpose is to collect user information to understand users and better engage with them by sending notifications, reminders, etc.
On the business side, you will have access to pre-built dashboards that help track program performance, enhance the experience, monitor population, and make data-driven decisions.
How does it work?
It all starts when with the user types typing in the email address showing his/her willingness to register for the program.
The user will then receive an email on that email address from support@orbitahealth.com with a registration link.
The user now clicks Clicking on the registration link sent will take the user to the provided email address to begin chatbot conversation that begins the registration process.

The module comes with all prebuilt and customizable conversation flows, dashboards, and interaction models.
How to Install a Package
Login to Experience Manager
Navigate to your project > Project side navigation menu > Create > Agents > Package
Click the Install button against the Program Registration package.
