From v4.0.70, you can create your own service account and link it with Orbita projects.
The below document describes the steps to generate a service account key and upload it to Orbita.

Creating a Dialogflow Agent
To configure Dialog flow in your Google account, go to https://console.dialogflow.com/api-client/#/login .
Sign in with your Google account.
Click
...
Create Agent.
Enter an Agent name. (Agent name cannot contain spaces).
Select your Default Language and Default Time Zone and click Create.
Create a Service Account
Go to https://console.cloud.google.com/iam-admin/serviceaccounts .
orClick on the gear icon from the Dialogflow agent page and then click on the Google Cloud link as shown below.
Select the Agent from the dropdown at the top of the page.
Click on the hamburger menu to open the side menu. Select IAM & Admin and then select Service Accounts from the child dropdown.
Make sure your Agent is selected and click on “Create Service Account“.
Choose a name for your service account and click on Create.
Select the Dialogflow API Admin rolefrom the dropdown and click on ‘Continue’.
You can skip the next step and click on Done.
Generate a key
Click on the verticle ellipses button against the Service Account.
Select Create Key from the dropdown.
In the pop-up window, select JSON and click on Create.
The key will be downloaded to your computer.
Orbita
Login to Orbita Experience Manager.
Select a project.
From the Project side navigation menu, select Develop > Deployment.
Select the Google tab and Click on Upload Key.
Click on Choose file and upload the Service Account key file that you downloaded earlier from your computer. Click on Add.
The Service account is saved and you can verify it by clicking on the gear icon.
Select the agent from the drop-down.
Click on Publish.
Your interaction model will be published to the Agent.
