Click on the links below to launch the training and other content.Whitelisting is the practice of explicitly allowing some identified entities access, in this case, to your chatbot.  

To whitelist, begin by selecting your account information area at the top right corner of your home page. This is how you can access Orbita’s global menu. Then, look under Settings and select Organization.

Here, we have the Organization Settings, where you can see the logo, which personas are allowed to actually log in, and also those that are not.  

Then, we have the Application Settings, such as voice session expiration and token expiration. This is also where we can whitelist a domain. If we are embedding this bot in a website, we would insert that website domain in this area. Once that is saved, that website can now use these assets.

A quick note - you can also see the custom CSS and JS of the chatbot at the bottom of the Application Settings page where you whitelist a domain, but this is the old version of it.

Now, we can use the bot view template node within Experience Designer. This way you can control the CSS and JS per bot compared to V1 where you could only control it across the whole environment.
