Provide a Name for your knowledge base
You can choose either the default or custom schema, you created, for the facts edit screen. How do I create Schemas?
Check the checkbox titled “Generate intent per fact in KB”.
Click “Add”

For existing users, the Generate intent per fact in KB will be unchecked.
From the list of Knowledge Bases, click and open your newly created Knowledge Base.
