Product Enhancements

Answers

• By default, Facts are listed in Alphabetical order based on Topics names. If each fact contains multiple topics, the topics will be in Alphabetical order separated by a comma. The user can choose to display the facts in reverse Alphabetical order.

Experience Manager

• The browser tab name reflects the Organization name is specified in Organization Settings. The default name is Orbita Experience Manager.

Experience Designer

• The Flow Manager node output payload includes the flow name at msg.payload.flowName and the flow description at msg.payload.flowDescription.

New Nodes

• Answers Upload node. The admin users can place data into the Knowledge Base using this node

• Orbita NLP node. The admin user can extract the Lists, Slot Values, and Synonyms from the utterances using this node.
